QUI RECHERCHONS-NOUS ?

Dans le cadre de son développement, APEM-TOGO recrute des volontaires locaux ou internationaux pour des stages volontaires afin renforcer ses projets sur le terrain et ses capacités internes.

PROFILS RECHERCHES ET MISSIONS PROPOSEES

1. Rédacteur(trice) de projets

• Rechercher des opportunités de financement ;
• Élaborer des propositions de projets selon les normes des bailleurs ;
• Renforcer les capacités de l’équipe dans la rédaction de projets

    2. Planificateur(trice) – Gestion de projets

• Appuyer la planification stratégique et opérationnelle ;
• Développer des outils de suivi de la mise en œuvre ;
• Former l’équipe à la gestion du cycle de projet (GCP).

    3. Spécialiste en Suivi & Évaluation (S&E)

• Créer des outils S&E adaptés à l’équipe terrain ;
• Accompagner la collecte et l’analyse des données ;
• Former les membres à la rédaction de rapports de suivi.

    4. Chargé(e) de communication

• Développer une stratégie de communication externe et interne ;
• Gérer les réseaux sociaux, rédiger des articles ou communiqués ;
• Valoriser les activités, projets et témoignages en image et vidéo ;
• Aider à la création de supports : affiches, newsletters, plaquettes.

    5. Appui en gestion comptable / administrative

• Améliorer la tenue comptable quotidienne de l’ONG ;
• Mettre en place des outils simples de suivi financier ;
• Former l’équipe à la gestion financière de projet.

    6. Volontaires terrain (éducation, animation, sensibilisation)

• Participer aux sensibilisations sur la santé auditive
• Appuyer les enseignants dans les écoles inclusives
• Organiser des activités socio-éducatives et environnementales

    7. Spécialistes en santé auditive(Audioprothésistes, ORL, Orthophonistes, Infirmier(e)s spécialisé(e)s, Étudiant(e)s en santé ou audiologue)

• Participer aux sensibilisations sur la santé auditive

       PROFILS ET COMPETENCES ATTENDUS

• Diplôme ou expérience pertinente : développement, éducation, finances, communication, santé, etc.
• Bonne maîtrise du français (l’anglais est un atout pour les internationaux)
• Autonomie, adaptabilité, esprit d’initiative
• Bonne connaissance des outils informatiques et numériques (selon le poste)
• Intérêt pour l’humanitaire ou l’engagement citoyen
• Avoir un minimum de compétence en la Langue des Signes Américains (ASL) est un atout ;

   2. MISSION DES VOLONTAIRES

APEM-TOGO organise aussi des missions volontaires à cours, à moyen et long terme pour ces projets d'éducation inclusive, de la santé auditive, de la protection de l'environnement et de la formation professionnelle

Pour réaliser ces projets, l'APEM-TOGO s'appuie sur la participation financière des volontaires répartie comme suite:

- une semaine: 76 euros

- un mois: 295 euros

- deux mois: 577 euros

- six mois: 1641 euros

- un an: 3240 euros

BN: L'ensemble de ces frais de participation des volontaires servent de la prospection, les démarches administratives, l'exécution du projet, l'achat de matériels, le logement; l'accommodation dans la famille d'accueil(trois repas par jour), le suivi évaluation et le fonctionnement de l'APEM-TOGO.

  Nature des missions humanitaires  envisagées:

. Accompagner l'ONG APEM-TOGO dans la réalisation de ces projets;

. Intervenir aux côtés des enseignants titulaires de l'école des enfants à déficience auditive pour dispenser des cours dans les différentes matières au programme scolaire; 

. Enseigner en Langue des Signes Américains (ASL);

. Participer aux camps chantiers éducatifs;

. Réaliser des ateliers et animations éducatifs : (activités sportives, jeux de société, match de football, poésie, théâtre…);

. Faire des sorties et ballades avec les enfants;

. Réaliser des projets de développement durable.

- COMPETENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS

il est bon :

. d'être motivé;

. d'aimer les enfants;

. de connaître un minimum la Langue des Signes Américains (ASL);

. de connaître la langue française;

.d'apporter au moins un projet personnel (éducatif, scolaire, d'animation, santé et hygiène, de camps, d'environnement, d'échanges internationaux, de développement durable);

. Etre capable de travailler en équipe;

. Une formation dans le domaine social est un atout;

NB: Les volontaires qui n'ont aucune notion en langue des signes  américains pourront se faire former sur place.

Who are we?

The Association for the Promotion of Hearing-Impaired Children (APEM-TOGO) is a civil society organization committed to promoting the rights and inclusion of children with hearing impairments in Togo. It works to improve the living conditions of people who are hard of hearing, particularly children and young people, through educational, social, and community-based actions. It was established on March 10, 2012, and officially recognized by the Togolese government on November 21, 2018 (Receipt No. 1178/MATDCL-SGDLPAP-DOCA). It operates throughout Togo, particularly in the Plateaux West region. Its headquarters is located in Kpalimé, in the Kloto prefecture, in the Atakpamékodji neighborhood, near the Grand Marché Château, about 120 km from Lomé, the capital of Togo. Its founding President is Mr. WOEDEME Komi Adzidjonou, a primary school teacher, consultant, and trainer in inclusive education and support for vulnerable people.

Why mobilize for inclusive education?

In Togo, despite efforts made to achieve SDG 4 (Quality Education), many children living with hearing impairments still face significant challenges:

• Social isolation and exclusion;
• Lack of adapted infrastructure;
• Absence of specialized teaching materials;
• Shortage of teachers trained in sign language;

APEM-TOGO works to remove these barriers and enable every deaf or hard-of-hearing child to learn, thrive, and find their place in society.
